OK, I know in THIS blog, I wasn't super excited about Fresh Express BUT, they took care of me. I received a letter with some coups (that I donated) for some free fresh (express) lettuce.
My intent was never to obtain free things because I don't need them but I really do appreciate the time they took to reach out to a customer. That being said, I'll stick with a company who sticks with their customers.
