As you may remember, one of my 2012 "goals" (read here for a refresher) was to run more days than I didn't. So far, so good! I have 21 runs, 2 walks, 2 downhill ski sessions, and a pilates class. I ran for a total of 103 miles in January. Who knows, I'm sure I've run more miles than that in a month before. I 'm just super excited about it. Which leads me to my next question... Um, how much do I eat? I have not lost a pound but have burned almost 11,000. That is 3 whole pounds. Hmm.... I'm sure I have less body fat. Right.
Next, I wanted to blog more, I'm doing awesome! This post is #17. 2012 looks like it's going to be a pretty... pretty good year!
